ACVP has upgraded its job opportunities board for both job seekers as well as employers.  This new service is designed to provide you with "one stop shopping" for fulfilling all of your job needs -- whether you are an employee looking for new opportunities or an employer seeking qualified candidates.

All members are requested to visit the job board to post their resume and identify their areas of interest and expertise!

All employers are encouraged to visit the job board -- post new opportunities -- consider a new subscription program -- or simply see what is available.

Employment Opportunities

ACVP has a added a new service for the cardiovascular community -- a message board.  This communication tool is designed to help you reach out to your colleagues to seek answers, gain information and support each other.  As we test this new tool, the board will be open and not limited to ACVP members.  This feature will be for a limited time only, however.

• Suggest a topic or session.  ACVP is currently preparing the programs for the Fall/Winter 2005 regional meetings as well as Annual Conferences scheduled for 2006.  If you provide a topic or session you would find interesting and informative, you will receive a coupon entitling you to preferred registration rates and membership opportunities.  It is only through our members' guidance and feedback that we are able to provide you with the best programming and information possible.  ACVP Board Members request your participation and suggestions.  Click here to provide a topic, session or article recommendation for the 2005-2006 program year!
   
• Teleconferences 2005 – Annual conferences, while bringing members the chance to earn over 20 CEUs are not enough!!  At ACVP we are committed to providing not only outstanding educational opportunities but continuous ways of earning your CEUs.  This year, we have reintroduced teleconferences.  During the one hour lunch and learn sessions, you can earn up to 1 contact hour towards maintaining your credential.  Check out offerings and how to register here!
  
  
• ACVP is pleased to introduce a new program designed to help members more effectively meet the daily changes faced in healthcare while at the same time utilize the best resource to do this: EACH OTHER!!
   
  ACVP’s new CONNETWORK PROGRAM (click here) is a way for all members to not only outline challenges and inquiries, but also for members to highlight their own areas of expertise and interest and receive the recognition necessary to advance them in this competitive healthcare environment.

• ACVP encourages members to participate in CEU transcript service.  This service is available to both members and nonmembers alike.  It is necessary to track continuing education for the maintenance most credentials and professional accreditations.  ACVP's Transcript Service allows you to track your CEUs all year long and receive a nationally recognized and accepted transcript report annually for presentation to organizations requiring CEU verification.  This important service can save you time, energy and resources.  If you receive your CEUs through ACVP, you will automatically be enrolled in the transcript service, as well!
