This visible leadership role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise, expand your professional network, and advance your career while helping cath lab administrators and clinicians nationwide optimize supply chain management and improve patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Host & Facilitate
Active Engagement & Questioning
- Serve as the primary host for all webinar sessions in the series
- Welcome attendees and set an engaging, professional tone
- Introduce speakers, their credentials, and session objectives
- Work with staff to support attendees and speakers
- Manage time effectively to ensure agenda stays on track
- Close sessions with key takeaways and next steps
- Pay close attention to all presentations and content
- Ask thoughtful, relevant questions that illuminate key concepts
- Probe deeper into management techniques and best practices
- Request clarification on complex topics for audience benefit
- Draw connections between clinical practice and supply chain management
- Highlight actionable insights for both administrators and clinicians
- Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings
- Encourage practical application of presented strategies
Audience Interaction
Content Enhancement
- Monitor and moderate live Q&A sessions
- Select and pose audience questions to presenters
- Facilitate poll questions or interactive elements
- Encourage participation and create inclusive environment
- Address chat comments and questions as appropriate
- Bridge gaps between technical content and practical application
- Provide real-world context and examples from cath lab experience
- Share brief insights that complement presenter content (when appropriate)
- Highlight how supply chain decisions impact clinical outcomes
- Connect theoretical concepts to day-to-day cath lab operations
- Offer perspective from both administrative and clinical viewpoints

QUALIFICATIONS
- Cardiovascular professional (RN, RT, RCIS, CVT, or related credential) currently working in or recently retired from cath lab environment
- Current knowledge of cath lab operations, procedures, and supply chain challenges
- Experience with both clinical and administrative aspects of cath lab management (or strong interest in supply chain optimization)
- Flexibility to participate in scheduled webinar dates and pre-session planning calls
- Commitment to preparing for and actively engaging with all session content
TIME COMMITMENT
Per Webinar Session:
- Pre-session planning call with presenters and/or ACVP staff (30-45 minutes)
- Technical check – test equipment and platform (15-30 minutes before webinar)
- Live webinar – typically 60-90 minutes
Series Commitment:
- Number of webinars: 6 webinars over 4 months
- Frequency: Every three weeks
